Release of Indemnity
Acceptance in order to continue the online registration for the second edition of the Monte Grappa Challenge:

1 – I DECLARE
- have acquainted myself that the competition is a test of extreme resistance;
- to be currently in optimal physical condition, without no appearing and such contradictions to concur during the course of the cycling excursion and secure when it comes to ones physical well-being
- to be in possession of a medical certificate released by a centre of sporting medicine for the participation of sporting activities possessed by me or delivered to the president of the A.S.D. to which I am licensed which is responsible both in the sense civil and penal;
- to be in possession of insurance policy R.C via the license I possess which has been supplied by the A.S.D with a recognized insurance agency
- to have read and have acquaintance with each course distance, relative altitude gains, the covered program, the timetable of passage to all controls and with the atmospheric conditions that could pose difficulty (sun, rain, wind, cold, fog, darkness);
- to be to perfect acquaintance of the rules which regulate the circulation of traffic
- to not consume doping substances which can endanger or cause harm to the body, in particular reference to cycling activity
- To accept the reserved regulations of the contest.


2 – SHALL ACTION THE FOLLOWING POINTS
- It is not obligatory that courses are signed but are understood via the supplied road-book.
- It is not a competitive contest.
- Every cyclist travels own their risk and danger.
- Every cyclist must respect the road rules according to the circulation of traffic and under no circumstances and for no reason violate these.
- Every cyclist is solo and is in charge of their own contrary behaviour, or however in the act of violation, to the rules listed in the Road Rules.
- Groups of cyclists do not have precedence or more rights that solo cyclists.
- Some sanitary, food and mechanical services may not be present
- There is no service of recovery of withdrawn participants, nor obligation, by the organizing committee, to search for participants over the length of each course
- There is no obligation by the organizing committee to control the roads crossed and passed by cycling participants during the contest

3 – I SHALL ENGAGE
- In wearing a rigid and protective helmet.
- Throw all cycling related rubbish in the provided rubbish bins
- To respect and adhere in an obligatory sense to the Road Rules in all forms and regulations
- To uphold a correct and respectful behaviour code in respect to other participants and other persons who I shall meet along the race course.
- To travel in single file and utilise bike tracks and or road lanes assigned to cyclists.
- To use fixed front white and rear red lighting systems when natural light is insufficient.
 - To wear obligatorily reflective bands and illuminated signals during night riding and in the case of insufficient light
The approval of the cycling brevet may be retracted if the above clauses and regulations are  not abided to.

MORESO:
I declare that I have read and understood the regulations of the brevet and described how much over in the deliberation and to accept it without some exception and/or reserves dispute and/or reserve in every its part.
 I explicitly declare to have read, understood ,  accepted and taken action of articles from  1 to 19 of the regulations and points 1 - 2 -3 over described in the deliberation and to accept them without some exception and/or dispute and/or reservoir in every they part
                                                                                              
Informative according to of the D.Lgs. 193/2003 “Code in matter of protection of personal data"
Grants one’s own consent of the use of its personal data by the organizing  A.S.D for the connected purposes or organizing of their exercised . The organizing society guards my data on supported technology and guarantees its security and the protection of my confidentiality. As previewed by the Law, I can at anytime write to the person in charge of the data care of the organizing society and free of charge obtain updates or cancel my data.

Consent to the treatment for the purposes and within the indicated mode of the informative according to of the D.Lgs. 196/2003”
With my explicit consent I permit the organizing committee to contact me, to carry out statistical analysis and market research.
Moreover my data will be able, with my explicit consent, to be supplied for analysis statistics and market researches independent to the holders for usage, who shall be responsible for the usage and security of this process.  I authorize the treatment of my data in order to receive information by means of mail, telephone, e-mail, sms, mms, to carry out analysis statistics by the organizing society.
